Areas such as physical wellness, spirituality, diet and exercise (just to name a few) can have a great impact on mental health, which is why Lauren utilizes the assistance of as many professionals as possible to support your wellness.
Lauren uses the latest research and information to incorporate into therapy and achieve a higher likelihood of success. Lauren understands not ever method works equally as well for each client, so she keeps up to date on the latest findings to provide a wide variety of options for her clients.
Traumatic events can cause sensitivity to certain triggers (for example: bright light, small spaces, loud noises ect). Lauren is willing to make accomidations to make her clients most comfortable in the therapeutic space (this why you will find no florescent lights in our building). Lauren is willing to accommodate additional client needs upon request.
